Experimental Investigation on the Characteristic Mobilization and Remaining Oil Distribution under CO2 Huff-n-Puff of Chang 7 Continental Shale Oil

The Chang 7 continental shale oil reservoir is tight. recovery factor extremely low, the remaining very high, and injecting water to improve effectiveness too hard. Therefore, in this paper, physical simulation experiments of CO2 huff-n-puff NMR tests were conducted study cycle numbers permeability on degree, as well characteristics mobilization micro distribution. results showed that cumulative factors (ORFs) gradually increased natural logarithmic form, single ORFs decreased rapidly exponential form with number, biggest economic between approximately 3 5. Furthermore, higher permeability, ORF, but difference ORF two experimental samples cycles. In addition, gap production degree was large different scale pores, macropores 6–8 times micropores, final mainly distributed accounting for 82.29% total amount; meanwhile, comprised less than 0.5%. process huff-n-puff, flowed into macropores, mesopores, smallpores under pressure differential effect, a small amount slowly diffused resulting former more free being micropores adsorbed lower. promoting better contact reaction one key ways effectively develop enhance recovery.
